PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight, warp-reducing panel; to improve the appearance of a bent leg or counter without using fittings. SOLUTION: A bar 6 comprising a thermosetting resin laminated board 3 bonded to a base material 5 is positioned between two sheets 2 of plywood each having a thermosetting resin decorative sheet 1 bonded to its front surface, with their backs opposed together, to obtain the panel 10. Tables 12 joined together while having curved portions are provided. A thermosetting resin 9 is injected into gaps surrounded by the bars at various locations of the curved portions. V-grooves are formed in various parts of the panel 10 from its back to front to bend the panel.
