PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sanitary briefs closely fitting a user's body, capable of sufficiently pressing an absorbent article on the crotch part, and hardly distinguishable from outside of a clothing the user wears. SOLUTION: The body 11 of the sanitary briefs 10 consists of a front cloth 21, a rear cloth 22 and a crotch cloth 23, and the rear cloth 22 has a first edge part 22b and a second edge part 22c extending sideways from the lower end of the first edge part. The lower edge part 25c and the upper edge part 25d of an ornament cloth 25 made of lace net fabric with a prescribed width are stitched and fixed to the body 11, and further, the ornament cloth 25 is stitched to the outer surface of the body 11. Accordingly, as the ornament cloth 25 is located along a leg scooped-line 16, the sanitary briefs are hardly distinguished from outside of the clothing. Moreover, the rear part of the absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin can be firmly pressed on the user's body by the part of the second edge part 22c of the rear cloth 22.
