The invention relates to substituted and unsubstituted 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecanes which bind to Ras proteins, thereby causing a conformation change in the protein which modules the interaction with effectors. Various members of this substance group can also stabilize the weak-binding conformation of Ras (or other GNB proteins). Said compounds are suitable for use as anti-tumoral agents.
