A video program creation system capable of effectively and flexibly creating a video program. A table providing device provides table data having necessary items for creation of a video program with description of various information to terminal devices. It is possible to read the table data from each of the terminal devices, i.e., each work group. That is, each work group can read the table data when required and can know, for example, a work instruction and a work result of another group so that a necessary work can be performed according to that.
