<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely superpose a first component and a second component in a short period of time without requiring skills for positioning both of the components. <P>SOLUTION: On a screen of a single color monitor 15, an image of a connection terminal 11a of a printed circuit board 11 is displayed in red and an image of a bump 12a of an electronic component 12 is displayed in green. Next, the image of the connection terminal 11a and that of the bump 12a are superposed with each other on this screen. Thus, both of the terminals 11a and 12a are easily identified, thereby precisely superposing the images of both of the terminals 11a and 12a in a short period of time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
