<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend a function without using an external case, and to facilitate connection to another electronic equipment without narrowing a mounting space of an upper case or a lower case. <P>SOLUTION: Since a hinge case 3 having a hinge function is arranged corresponding to the end side face where the upper case and the lower case are overlapped, when the upper case and the lower case are overlapped, the hinge case 3 is not a hindrance, and the whole equipment becomes compact and can be carried excellently. A component storage part 8 is provided inside the hinge case 3, and the hinge case 3 and the lower case are electrically connected by a first connection cable 9, to thereby easily extend a function without using the external case used in a conventional case. Since the hinge case 3 and another electronic equipment are electrically connected by a second connection cable 11 connected to a USB connector 10 which is a connection terminal part, a connector part used in a conventional case is not required, and connection to another electronic equipment can be performed easily without narrowing the mounting space of the upper case or the lower case. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
