PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the crimes prevention mechanism of a house opening section capable of having difficulty in breaking work of a shutter by an intruder from the outside and obtaining the effect of the crimes prevention by shutting the shutter during the daytime performing activities at home while enabling daylighting and airing to take in a room even if the shutter is shut. SOLUTION: A sash 3 is put on a sash frame 2 mounted on the inner circumference of the house opening section 1, at the same time, a wooden frame 4 along the side of the circumference on the indoor side of the sash frame 2 is formed, an upper shutter rail 5a is mounted on the side of the indoor side of an upper frame wood 4a forming the wooden frame 4, a lower shutter rail 5b is mounted on the side of the indoor side of a lower frame wood 4b forming the wooden frame 4, a crosscut shutter 6 is put between the upper shutter rail 5a and the lower shutter rail 5b in an openable matter, a curtain rail 7 is mounted on the the of the indoor side of the upper shutter rail 5a, and a dry lattice-shaped shutter as the crosscut shutter 6 is used.
