PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic treating apparatus which incorporates a magnetic outer container housing a magnet and a nonmagnetic inner container having an intermediate magnetic pole unit disposed inside so as to prevent magnetic leak from the apparatus, to improve durability of the magnet, to constitute a magnetic closed circuit generating an intense magnetic field, and to efficiently carry out magnetic treatment of a fluid. SOLUTION: A nonmagnetic inner casing is formed as a magnetic treating chamber, which is provided with the intermediate magnetic pole unit and is housed in a magnetic outer casing.
