PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the deformation level of an odd-shaped mold during scaling up and down an inner mold and improve the durability of the odd-shaped mold in the inner mold for the form apparatus for molding a formed concrete product such as a culvert, and the form apparatus. SOLUTION: The inner mold A which is a constituent part of the form apparatus is equipped with an inner mold body 1, an odd-shaped form 2 and a scale-up and-down device 3. A gap fixing plate 34 is provided at the lower end part of a pick-up rod 32 of the scale-up and-down device 3, and a back-up member 35 is mounted on the gap fixing plate 34. The flexible odd-shaped mold 2 is attached to the back-up member 35 and is constituted of two mold components 20 which are fitted to the gap fixing plate 34 in a freely attachable/detachable manner. In addition, the odd-shaped mold 2 is tightly mounted on both sides of a scission part 10 without liquid leakage so that the scission part 10 of the inner mold body 1 is blocked from the outer face, and deformed while allowing the mold 2 to slide over the surfaces of both sides of the scission part 10, the gap of which narrows, when the inner mold body 1 is scaled down.
