PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create an album file on which the intention of a user is reflected while reducing a data amount as far as possible or to display an appreciable image. SOLUTION: After photographing mode selecting processing is carried out (S101), it is decided whether or not an album mode is set (S102). When the album mode is set, photographing is performed in the album mode (S104) and when the end of photographing in the album mode is inputted (S105) and there is an instruction to immediately create an HTML file (S105; YES), the HTML file is created only with images photographed in the album mode and stored on an image recording medium (S107). When there is no instruction to immediately create the HTML file (S105; NO), while a power source is turned off, the HTML file is created only with images photographed in the album mode and stored on the image recording medium (S108).
