PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact inverse Galileo finder whose aberration is satisfactorily corrected. SOLUTION: The reverse Galileo finder is so constituted that a first meniscus shaped negative lens L1 whose concave is turned to a pupil side, a second negative lens L2 whose concave 3 is turned to an object side and a third positive lens L3 are disposed successively from the object side toward the pupil side. The distance L (mm) on an optical axis from the surface on the object side of the first lens L1 to the surface on the pupil side of the third lens L3 satisfies 8.0<L<15.0. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
