PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated metallic material which has excellent corrosion resistance and adhesion after being coated with coating material and after being pasted with a laminate film and has performance equal to or above that of the material subjected to phosphoric acid chromate chemical conversion treatment, and to provide a nonchromium metal surface treatment method. SOLUTION: A metallic base material, and (A) a surface treatment layer comprising zirconium and/or titanium and phosphorous and a resin layer (B) comprising polyallylamine are provided in this order.
