PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer sheet for stabilizing peelability with the elapse of time of the support of the transfer sheet and a receiving object after transfer and also obtaining a protective layer strong against damage resistance in a method for modifying the surface of matter using the transfer sheet and adaptable to substantially outdoor use not performed by a conventional method, and a manufacturing method for a decorative material using the same. SOLUTION: In the transfer sheet obtained by laminating at least a pattern layer and an adhesive layer on a support, the adhesive comprises a binder resin having a crosslinkable reaction group and a latent curing agent and the ratio of the reaction group equivalent of the binder resin to the reaction group equvalent of the latent curing agent is 1 : 1 to 1 : 3.
