<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase efficiency in data input work such as a product name and a unit price on a slip. <P>SOLUTION: A purchase slip input means 40 makes data on a purchase slip by inputting a supplier, the product name, quantity and the unit price from a keyboard, and stores the data in a purchase slip storage means 10. A sales slip input means 50 makes data on a sales slip by inputting a purchaser, the product name, the quantity and the unit price from the keyboard, and stores the data in a sales slip storage means 20. An auxiliary means 41 automatically inputs data on a new purchase slip by diverting information of the past purchase slip on the same supplier. An auxiliary means 42 automatically inputs data of the new purchase slip by diverting information on the past sales slip. An auxiliary means 51 automatically inputs data of a new sales slip by diverting information of the past sales slip on the same purchaser.
