PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the authentication of a person concerned on a condition that communication volume is reduced and communication time is shortened.

SOLUTION: A personal image processing part 261 collates personal image data inputted by a personal image input device 22 with personal image data for authentication registered in a personal image registering part for authentication 262 and outputs the collation result data to an authentication part 263. The authentication part 263 outputs authentication result data on the basis of the collated result data to transmit the data to an opposite receiving part 16 through a communication/telephone data transmitter 28. A communication/telephone data receiver 32 of the receiving part 16 receives the authentication result data and supplies the received data to an authentication result processor 34. A noticed result processing part 341 reads registered personal data corresponding to the authentication result data from a personal data registration part 342 and displays the registered personal data on a display device 36 to check the person concerned.
