PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless transmitter-receiver that reduces the number of local oscillation means without changing a frequency configuration of a reception system while reducing spurious radiation in the vicinity of a transmission frequency even in the case of transmission / reception operations for a plurality of slots. SOLUTION: In the case of transmission, when a frequency of a first local oscillation signal generated by a first local oscillation means 1 is N/(N+1), a frequency division means 2 applies 1/N frequency division to the frequency, a modulation means 3 using the signal with 1/N frequency division modulates a baseband signal, an up-mixer 4 mixes the modulated signal with the first local oscillation signal to convert the modulated signal into a modulation signal with a transmission frequency. In the case of reception, a mixer 11 mixes a received signal with the first local oscillation signal to convert the received signal into a first intermediate frequency(IF) signal, a BPF 12 limits the frequency band of the first IF signal, a mixer 14 mixes the first IF signal whose frequency band is limited with a second local oscillation signal to convert the first IF signal into a second IF signal, a BPF 12 limits the frequency band of the second IF signal, and a limiter 16 limits the second IF signal to demodulate the received signal.
