PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens controller capable of changing the stroke of an operation bar so that an operator may easily use without changing the acting range of the zoom as a lens controller for servo-controlling the zoom of a photographic lens by the pushing/pulling operation of the operation bar. SOLUTION: The range of the pushing/pulling operation of the operation bar 16 is restricted by a telephoto-side regulating member 38A and a wide-side regulating member 38B, and the stroke of the operation bar 16 is changed by changing the positions of the regulating members 38A and 38B. The pushing/pulling position of the operation bar 16 and the positions of the respective regulating members 38A and 38B are detected by respective position detection sensors 40, 42 and 44, and the zoom position to be set with respect to the pushing/pulling position of the operation bar 16 is decided with the positions of the respective regulating members 38A and 38B taken into consideration.
