PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unloading device and a truck capable of reducing the whole weight of the unloading device and the truck and maintaining them with ease. SOLUTION: This device is constituted such that a moving plate 2 moves toward an opening section 47 and a pressor member 4 also moves, and when the moving plate 2 returns toward the side opposing to the opening section, the pressor member 4 is made to stop at the position to unload cargo from the opening section 47. A base section 1 is formed with a plurality of through hole sections H. The base section 1 comprises vertical frames 15 extending in the reciprocating direction of the moving plate 2 and horizontal frames 6 extending nearly orthogonal to the vertical frames 15 on the vertical frames 15, and the non-intersection sections of the frames 6 and 15 constitute the hole sections H.
