PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample holder for differential thermal analysis for detecting thermal equilibrium departure between a sample position (5) and a reference position (6). SOLUTION: This sample holder for differential thermal analysis is provided with additional thermal conversion measures and connecting structures (11,11', 20,20', 21,21', 22, 23, 24,24', 25,25') on at least one position out of the two positions (5, 6) on a substrate (1).
