PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of grasping environment in an installation/operation place of an air conditioner afterward. SOLUTION: A storage part 12 has a reference information table 121. When a user operates an operation part 15, environmental information (hereinafter referred to as reference information) in the operation is stored in the reference information table 121. A decision part 13 decides on the basis of the reference information and latest environmental information whether the present indoor environment is uncomfortable to the user or not. An output part 14 outputs a decision result of the decision part 13 to a liquid crystal screen provided in a portable terminal 1 or a center 5 controlling the air conditioner 2, or the like, for example.
