PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a booster device for shutting the instantaneous power of the instantaneous center of a rotary mechanism in the instantaneous center in combination with the planetary gear mechanism and for taking the power off with the output inside rotor through the output instantaneous center. SOLUTION: A input outside rotor 9 formed by fixing an input inside sun gear 20 and an input inside gear 8 to a fixed eccentric shaft 1, to which a fixed flat gear 2 is fixed, is combined with the input inside rotor 5, to which a crank connector plate 11 is fixed, through a ball bearing 7, and an input inside rotor 5 is combined with the fixed eccentric shaft 1 through a ball bearing 4. A carrier, to which planetary gears 1, 2, 3 and 4 are fixed, is combined with the input inside sun gear 20, and an output shutting outside rotor 29, to which an output inside gear 35 and a shutting inside sun gear 30 are fixed and in which an output inside rotor 14 is assembled, is combined with shutting planetary gears 1 and 2, and an output fixed flat gear 21 is fixed to the fixed eccentric shaft 1.
