PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight block for construction hardly receiving damage by external force, a deterioration caused by chemicals and other harmful effects from the imposed situation before use. SOLUTION: This block for construction is formed to be lightweight using a plastic material, paper, or the like. The block has a plurality of block bodies 31 formed of at least one block material or a combination of two or more block materials. The surface of the block body 31 is formed thick at required points which are provided with a plurality of connection parts 14 for the mutual connection of the blocks.
