PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluororesin coating material for forming a water-repellent coating film which can form the coating film showing excellent water repellency without deteriorating excellent characteristics of the fluororesin and receiving any restriction on its applications. SOLUTION: The fluororesin coating material is prepared by incorporating therein with a modified fluororesin powder having intermolecular crosslinks obtained by irradiating with radiation.
