PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which has excellent heat resistance, excellent dielectric characteristics and a low percent of water absorption, to provide a prepreg, and to provide a laminate. SOLUTION: This resin composition to be impregnated into a substrate to form a sheet-like prepreg is characterized by comprising a cyanate resin and a fluorene-containing epoxy resin.
