PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet cutting position controller which can improve cutting accuracy when cutting a web with a cutting device at a predetermined position. SOLUTION: This controller is provided with a cutting aim mark detecting means for putting out a cutting aim mark signal through detection of a cutting aim mark printed on the web, a cutter barrel rotation detecting means for putting out a cutter barrel rotation signal through detection of a cutter barrel, a web elasticity length detecting means for putting out an elasticity length through elasticity of the web on a predetermined web path, a control amount calculating means for putting out a control amount through input of the mark detection signal, a pulse signal and the elasticity length, and a cutting position operating means or operating a cutting position through input of the control amount.
