PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a loop without sliding a tape along a slide guiding plate in a bundler with a tape. SOLUTION: In a loop expanding type for forming a large loop L by enlarging a small loop S formed in advance, air is sucked by providing a number of air suction holes 83 on a constraining plate 8 for constraining a loop shape from the outside to surely form the large loop. The constraining plate 8 in the loop expanding type has little meaning of sliding the tape T so that it is enough to constrain the loop shape at the final stage of loop formation. The loop L itself has shape retaining properties and it may be enough that air suction force is weak. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
