PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam forming block including sheath pipes, which has the end of the sheath pipe with an enlarged diameter or a trumpet-formed sheath pipe mounted to prevent a trouble from occurring on the difference in levels at a joint between the sheath pipes when a cable is to be inserted. SOLUTION: In the beam forming block formed of concrete with a plurality of sheath pipes embedded with both ends exposed to the exterior, the sheath pipe has an enlarged diameter at both ends exposed to the exterior, or the sheath pipe has a trumpet-formed sheath pipe at both ends exposed to the exterior.
