PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a manufacture, a design change and installation work for island equipment. SOLUTION: Game apparatus 12 includes an equipment body 13 provided with a game machine 14, a sandwiched gear (medium dispenser) 15 and a bill transporting part 16 for transporting bills inserted into the sandwiched gear 15. The bill transporting part 16 comprises a horizontally transporting means 21 for horizontally transporting the bills inside the device body 13, a vertically transporting means 22 for connecting the horizontally transporting means 21 with the sandwiched gear 15 and a connection means 23 for connecting the horizontally transporting means 21 adjacent each other. Each of the horizontally transporting means 21 is connected by the connection means 23 to integrally compose a bill transporting device. The island equipment 11 is made up of a plurality of the game apparatus 12 connected in parallel. A bill accommodating safe 18 is provided on one end of the bill transporting device.
