PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flooring cleaner head for a vacuum cleaner which has functions for sucking and removing dust on floors capable of reducing efforts for wiping with water, wiping without water, waxing, and polishing with wax of the floors, in a house in which wooden floors are used as floor materials for a living room, a dining room, a passage, etc. SOLUTION: A head 1 which has a mop rotary board 9 for performing wiping with water, wiping without water, waxing, and polishing with wax is attached to a suction hole of the vacuum cleaner. The head 1 brings a piston 6 into vertical operations by vacuum pressure due to a suction force of the vacuum cleaner, a compression coil spring 7 arranged inside a cylinder 5 and by an opening/closing board 4 for switching ascent/descent of a vacuum pressure in the cylinder 5, and the vertical movement is converted to rotational movement by a crank 8 so as to rotate the mop rotary board 9. Therefore, the wiping with water, wiping without water, waxing, and polishing with wax can be finely performed, and labor of housework can be reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
