<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a fuel cell separator in which the separator can be manufactured simply and output degradation of the fuel cell can be suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the fuel cell separator, the core 50 is formed by water soluble polymer and this core 50 is arranged in a die 60, and an anode side electrode diffusion layer 15 is arranged in the gap between the core 50 and the cavity face 63a. After a molten resin is filled in the cavity 63 and, by solidifying the molten resin, the first separator 20 is formed integrally with the core 50 and the anode side electrode diffusion layer 15, and the core 50 is eluted with water 66. Thereby, by the first separator 20 and the anode side electrode diffusion layer 15, a fuel gas passage 26 can be formed in the first separator 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
