PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flower and ornamental plant conveying carriage wherein a shelf plate is changed to a forwardly inclined attitude in the state where a flower container and a bucket are placed thereon and easily carrying out the change to the forwardly inclined attitude. SOLUTION: A plurality of traveling wheels 7 are provided on an approximately rectangular base 2, and struts 3 are provided at the neighborhood to respective corners of the base 2. Hook engagement holes 12 for installing a plurality of shelf plates 4 at a vertical multi-stage and at changeable height are provided on these struts 3, and the shelf plates 4 are constituted such that they can be changed to a horizontal attitude and the forwardly inclined attitude. Strut retaining cylinders 8, 8 are provided at the neighborhood to at least rear right/left corners of the base 2 and the struts 3, 3 are liftably retained by these strut retaining cylinders 8, 8 respectively. Pins 11 are detachably inserted to pin insertion holes provided on the respective strut retaining cylinders 8 respectively, and the respective rear struts 3, 3 are received at a relative raising position against the respective front struts 3, 3.
