PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water floor heating device capable of certainly transmitting a control signal to a heat source machine, and certainly detecting a floor temperature of a floor heating panel in trial operation when setting the hot water floor heating device. SOLUTION: When an operation switch 22 of a remote controller 10 is operated, a microcomputer 20 makes an infrared light emission part 26 emit light and outputs the control signal to start operation of the hot water floor heating device. Accordingly, because an infrared reception part 32 of a relay device 11 receives the light, a microcomputer 27 controls a communication circuit 33 to output the control signal, via a communication line 34. Because the control signal is inputted to a communication circuit 38 of the heat source machine 1, a microcomputer 37 controls a combustion control circuit 40 to start combustion. Hot water is circulated between the heat source machine 1 and the floor heating panel 3 through hot water circulating pipes 4, 5 by a circulation pump 6. The microcomputer 37 controls a hot water supply amount to the floor heating panel 3 on the basis of a difference between a set temperature and a room temperature such that the room temperature becomes the set temperature.
