PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a suppression effect for structural defects by shifting positions of a plurality of layers of internal electrodes in a width direction with each internal electrode having the same size in the width direction without increasing a manufacturing cost, and to control a decline in electrostatic capacity due to the misregistration of the internal electrodes to a minimum. SOLUTION: The internal electrodes 3 disposed in a plurality of layers in the lamination direction are arranged in two types of arrangements which are a first misregistration section 12 and a second misregistration section 13. In the first misregistration section 12, at least three layers of internal electrodes 3 arranged in the lamination direction are successively shifted in position to one side in the width direction with respect to an adjacent one. In the second misregistration section 13, at least three layers of internal electrodes 3 arranged in the lamination direction are successively shifted in position to the other side in the width direction with respect to an adjacent one.
