PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car for an elevator capable of shortening work time for assembly adjustment. SOLUTION: This car 1 for the elevator is composed of a ceiling 2, a plurality of side plates 3 on both side faces, a rear surface side plate 4, a front side plate 5, and a top frame 6. The front side plate 5 is integrally bent over the vertical direction and is provided with a channel-shaped part 7.
