PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit which can shorten the oscillation stabilization time without increasing the circuit size and also can lesssen the power consumption after oscillation has be stabilized. SOLUTION: A p-type depletion transistor 4 having a gate and a source connected to a power potential and an n-type depletion transistor 7 having a gate and a source connected to the power potential are connected as current limiting elements between a p-type transistor 5 as an inverter in an inverted amplification circuit 3 and the power potential, and between an n-type transistor 6 and the power potential. A substrate potential of the both transistors 4 and 7 is connected to an output signal XOUT so that threshold voltages of the transistors can be dynamically changed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
