<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent for scalps excellent in tension-relaxing action on abnormal scalp or weakened scalp, sedative action of inflammation, relaxation of congestion, aromatic effect and ultraviolet light-absorbing action. <P>SOLUTION: The agent for scalp comprises jojoba oil, squalane, tocopheryl acetate, cholesteryl hydroxystearate and a plant extract.
