摘要	<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL panel which can be miniaturized by preventing the protrusion of an excess adhesive to the peripheral area of a joint part, and a manufacturing method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: The organic EL panel is formed by bonding a transparent substrate 2, to which an organic EL element 15 formed by pinching an organic layer 5 having at least a light emitting layer by a transparent electrode 3 and a back plate 6 is arranged, to a sealing member 7 airtightly covering the organic EL element 15 with an adhesive G. A housing part 16 for housing the organic EL element 15, and a joint part 17 bonded to the transparent substrate 2 arranged so as to surround the housing part 16 are arranged to the sealing member 7.
