<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device enabling an aged person or physically handicapped person to easily perform a desired operation, and electronic equipment using the input device. <P>SOLUTION: The input device 10 comprises an operation part 20 operated by an operator; a support body 51 for movably supporting the operation part 20; a position detecting means for detecting the position of the operation part 20; a storage means for storing a plurality of control data; an output means for reading and outputting control data, on the basis of the detection result of the position detecting means, from the storage means when the operation part 20 is located in any of a plurality of predetermined positions; and a reporting means for reporting the operator that the operation part 20 is located in any of the predetermined positions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
