PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which reduces the burden on a host device in converting YUV data into RGB data or reduces external hardware, and suppresses an increase in the number of parts and in a circuit scale by performing zoom processing without using a memory of large capacity, and to provide a portable terminal system and a sensor module. SOLUTION: An LSI (large scale integration) having a signal processing circuit 115 for performing signal processing of a video signal that is converted into an electrical signal by an image sensor 102 has a mode for outputting the YUV data with time division, and a mode for outputting the RGB data with time division from 4-bit or 8-bit parallel output lines, performs signal processing to the video signal outputted from an image sensor 102, subsequently makes a switches between the YUV data of time division and the RGB data of time division and outputs the switched data based on mode selection with 4-bit or 8-bit bus width.
