PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a summary of parts browsed in the past on a moving image display device to a browsing person by preparing the summary in the form of reflecting a past browsing state of the user. SOLUTION: A summary preparing means 23 prepares summary data of moving images that has browsed by the user by the last time in the form of reflecting the user's past browsing state by partially connecting moving images managed by a moving image managing means 22 for each scene on the basis of scenes switching data prepared by a progress state managing means 24 and date information prepared by a date managing means 25 so that a summarized moving image can be presented together with the moving images to the user.
