PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily/rapidly perform the access of a specified new e-mail address to a user-side terminal device while surely arresting the illicit access from unspecified e-mail addresses in an information management system. SOLUTION: This information management system has a manager-side terminal device and the user-side terminal device 31 connected to the manager-side terminal device through the Internet, wherein the user-side terminal device 31 transmits, only when accessed by a manager-side terminal device having a specified e-mail address, prescribed information to this manager-side terminal device. The user-side terminal device 31 has a specified address storage medium 31d for recording the specified e-mail address, and a new address recording means for recording a new e-mail address introduced through the manager-side terminal device having the specified e-mail address in the specified address storage medium 31d.
