PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect abnormality of a refrigerator or a temperature retaining container. SOLUTION: The refrigerator keeps the container-inside temperature between an upper limit temperature and a lower limit temperature with intermittent operation of a cooling unit. The temperature retaining container keeps the container-inside temperature between a lower limit temperature and an upper limit temperature with intermittent operation of a heater. The refrigerator or the temperature retaining container transmits the container-inside temperature to be changed with a lapse of time to a computer device, and the computer device determines abnormality of the refrigerator or the temperature retaining container on the basis of the transmitted container-inside temperature. When determining abnormality, the normal operating condition of the constant temperature storage container, which operates so that the container-inside temperature lowers after rising or rises after lowering, is detected (step S14), and the mean temperature of the container-inside belongs to a block wherein the usual operating condition is detected is out of the predetermined temperature range, abnormality is determined (steps S16, S22-S26).
