PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase soundproof performance of a face member having low soundproof performance by utilizing soundproof performance of a vacuum body although soundproof performance of the face member is hardly added in a case wherein the face plate and the vacuum body having high soundproof performance are placed with a thin air layer interposed therebetween. SOLUTION: Face plates 4 and 5 of a plywood or a gypsum wall board as walling are attached to both sides of a structural material 3 of the internal wall of a building or a ship, the face plates 4 and 5 are stuck on the vacuum body 7 with an elastic adhesion layer 6, the end of the vacuum body 7 is attached with a bead 8, and the fall of them is prevented in a state to hold the elasticity of the adhesion layer 6.
