PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with ventilation function which can be made out of even a thin-walled material such as a corrugated fiberboard for ensuring the intended condition of ventilation and non-ventilation, and arranging an opening for ventilation considering optimum distribution of cold air or the like. SOLUTION: A first opening 9 is formed in each of side walls 5-8 of an inner box body 2, and a second opening 15 is formed in each of side walls 11-14 of an outer box body 3. These first and second openings 9 and 15 are formed in a switchable manner to a ventilation condition to communicate the openings with each other and a non-ventilation condition not to communicate the openings with each other by switching the direction of externally fitting the outer box body to the inner box body. Upper edges 5'-8' of the side walls of the inner box body 2 and an inner surface of a top wall of the outer box body 3 are positioning means to regulate a lower moving limit of the outer box body 3 by being abutted on each other, and to determine the relative position in the vertical direction of the first and second openings 9 and 15 so as to communicate the first and second openings 9 and 15 with each other.
