PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automotive tire pressure control device that continuously ensures high reliability of an automobile in conjunction with monitoring the air pressure of a tire of the automobile. SOLUTION: The automotive tire pressure control device is configured to monitor the air pressure of at least one pneumatic tire of an automobile and issue a signal if the air pressure of at least one tire of the automobile drops below a lower threshold value or exceeds an upper threshold value. The lower and/or upper threshold value is decided in dependence on a laden state of the automobile, wherein the laden state is computed by an air suspension system and the decision is automatically made from the computed laden state.
