PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device in which the position of a seat body can be adjusted back and forth in a sitting and using position, and the position of the seat body is stably moved and and can be retracted. SOLUTION: The seat device has a first slide unit 3 supporting a first movable portion 71 movably back and forth at the upper positional portion 21 of a floor and a second slide unit supporting a second movable portion 72 movably back and forth at the lower positional portion 22 of a floor.
