PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bracket structure of a seat striker which strongly retains the seat striker at a position away from a side surface of a car body. SOLUTION: A latch 18 having a pin 18a is provided in a folding type seat back 10 and a slot part 10b is provided on a back surface 10a thereof. The bracket 1 is mounted to a side panel 13 by bolt-tightening. The bracket 1 is provided with: a bracket body 2; and the seat striker mounted to the bracket body and engageable with the latch 18. The bracket body 2 is projected to the inside of a vehicle than an outer end 10c of the seat back and a lengthy shape in a forward/rearward direction of the vehicle. The bracket body 2 comprises an upper bracket 2a and a lower bracket 2b. The bracket body 2 has a seat belt guide part 5 and a mounting part of a trim 4 covering the bracket body 2.
