PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit whereby a power value consumed by a resistor can be made roughly constant without being affected by variation in resistance values of the resistors to be driven and a voltage of a power source. SOLUTION: A value of a current Id to be output to a control terminal of a driving control means from a power driving circuit 1 is controlled so that the power the same as that at a time when the resistance value of the resistor is the same as the preset value when the value of the current flowing in the resistor RH is varied.
