PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a functional cured film having such properties as hydrophilicity and a hard-coated formation on the surface of bathroom equipment such as a bathtub and a pan to be used in the washing place of a bathroom, kitchen equipment such as a sink and on the surface of another base material having a comparatively large area. SOLUTION: When a cured film forming material formed on the base material 1 in a film state is cured, the material 1 is irradiated and treated with light or heat by moving intermittently or continuously an energy generating part for generating light or heat widely while bringing the energy generating part close to the surface of the material 1 or keeping a prescribed distance from the surface of the material 1. The light such as ultraviolet light and infrared light or the heat energy of an electric heater or the like can be used as the energy source of the energy generating part. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
