PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor exercise machine for fitness by which every part of the body can be exercised and elderly or recouprating people can perform various kinds of exercise very easily in a recumbent position. SOLUTION: The indoor exercise machine for fitness can be used in a sitting posture and is provided with functions of stretching the whole body, developing muscular strength and exercising the arms and chest. A backrest which has a specified resistance and can be flexibly moved, a headrest which can be mounted on the backrest and whose height can be adjusted, a seat which is fixed to the machine, bars for pulling by hands which has a specified resistance and can be flexibly moved and bars for pushing by legs which has a specified resistance and can be flexibly moved are integrally fitted to the body.
